Amy is the Novartis Professor of Leadership and Management at Harvard Business School. The Novartis chair was created to enable the study of human interactions that lead to successful business enterprises for the betterment of society.

Amy has authored over 70 papers and articles on Leadership and Management and Amy Edmondson is the author of “Teaming: How Organizations Learn, Innovate and Compete in the Innovation Economy” and the follow up “Teaming to Innovate”.

In 2013 Amy Edmondson was ranked #7 Most Influential Thinkers in Human Resources by HR Magazine. In 2006 Amy Edmondson was awarded the Cummings award for mid-career achievement from the Academy of Management and in 2004 Amy Edmondson was awarded the Accenture Award for significant contribution to improving the practice of management.
