Arnout is one of the best coaches I’ve met or worked with. His knowledge of the healthcare industry and his ability to introduce highly leveraged minimal shifts to an organization, make him one of the best Lean change agents I have met. If you are lucky enough to get on Arnout’s jam-packed schedule, make sure you take it – you’ll be very glad you did.

Arnout once said to me: “If you’re not pissing someone off, you probably aren’t doing anything important”. Arnout knows how to point out the things that really matter.
