A process improvement specialist, Christopher Seow’s lecturing and consultancy work focuses around Operations, specifically service quality, sustainability and supplier-customer relationships. A Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma Quality and Operational Excellence and currently visiting lecturer in Six Sigma for Managers at Cass Business School, London. His current and previous roles include WMG, University of Warwick and School of Tourism, Hainan University, China.

Christopher Seow has over 25 years’ experience of publishing, teaching and communicating business ideas and practices. He is a Fellow of the RSA and Freeman of the City of London, and with a strong track record of working to bring business and academia together. With an ability to translate management theories into hands-on business practices, he also offers dynamic Lean and Six Sigma insights in areas such as change management, managing cross-cultural and cross-border operations and streamlining services and supply chain for ‘lean and green’ business goals.
