Between 2002 and 2005, John Rossman was Director of Enterprise Services at Amazon Services, where he was responsible for clients such as Sears, Marks & Spencer, Toys R Us and the National Basketball League (NBA). During this period John Rossman was also the Director of Merchant Services at Amazon.com where he launched the Merchants@ program, which was one of the world’s largest networks offering products in new categories such as consumer electronics, homeware and sporting goods.
