Our managers loved your talk and I have received a lot of very positive feedback over the past week.  I have been thinking about many of the concepts as well in my everyday work life as I approach decisions and interactions with my team.  Great stuff!!

  • Time Warner Cable
    Group Vice President, Media Operations

Incredibly timely material with all of the M&A activity in our industry. So important to understand where ‘apparent’ synergies can go wrong. Syd himself was a great facilitator and I appreciated his input and interest throughout the entire program.

    Country Manager

I enjoyed his presentation style and his humor. The content was rich and applicable to our current situation. I found many parallels that I need to address in my business and the team I lead.

Syd’s research is fascinating and very relevant to any leader looking to improve.

  • Fortune 500 company

I found the material very helpful, not only for assessing decisions with potentially large impacts but also day-to -day decisions. I have already begun to assess my decisions in the context of the four red flags. Sydney has a great way of leading the discussion and stimulating input from the students.

This was extremely helpful in orienting us to our roles as directors. Great discussion of cases and effective dialogue/discussion with the class. Clearly examined principles, didn’t over complicate, gave us good ideas and principles to use.

  • Hill+Knowlton Strategies
    Senior Vice President

Syd was a great speaker, thought-provoker with real-world applicability. Maybe my favorite session. So good that I’m interested in exploring bringing him to one of our workshops to speak to our team.

  • Team Marketing and Business Operations, NBA
    Vice President

Loved this topic and the way Syd interspersed case studies, real-world experience and humor. I thoroughly enjoyed his style and this topic is what so many of us needed.

  • Brand marketing firm
    CEO

I very much enjoyed this presentation. It was exciting to look at business from a “higher level”/more strategic perspective. Taking risk and knowing/owning your company core competency was a great discussion for me, and something I can approach my senior leadership with.

  • Global Fortune 500 company
    Senior vice-president

Syd’s easy give-and-take, probing questions, and obvious expertise in this area made the session intellectually stimulating and professionally useful. My only wish is that his was one of the full day sessions!

I want to thank you for your fabulous presentation last week in Denver. The feedback from our members was extremely positive and I know that our members will also love Superbosses as much as I did!
